I can help get you out of the food RUT. I am a certified health coach and food is one of my many passions and hobbies.
I’m teaming up with my friend and professional chef, Rob Hager of ekornacorn supper club. We are putting our thinking caps together and coming up with delicious, healthy (or healthy-is) meals for you and your family to enjoy.
Here’s how it works:
You and I will have a consultation and hash out what your goals are with meals. What you like and don’t like. How many people are eating. If anyone has allergies, or maybe you are interested in omitting a food group or adding more of one in. Then I take the information to Rob and we come up with a weekly meal plan for you. He gives you a couple of menu options and we get you some delicious food delivered.
You can literally customize it any way you want. You can start with dinner 3x a week or maybe lunches mon-fri. I can help you figure out what will be the right path for you. After a couple weeks of eating your new meals you and I will check in and talk about if there is anything you want to change.
Basic pricing:
Rob’s time is $25 per hour, it usually takes him around 4 hours give or take a bit. That includes delivery.
Price of groceries is dependent on what you are ordering.
Anna’s time is $100 for the initial consultation and $75 for each additional phone call.
