Food additives to avoid

A couple years back I read a book called The Food Babe Way by Vani Hari that really sent me into investigation mode. https://foodbabe.com. She is on a mission to expose ingredients that are in our food system that are toxic and harmful to the human body. Let’s just say it really made me pay attention. I started reading labels like crazy l, and as I stopped eating as much food that was packaged. I started to notice a difference in my appearance. I noticed my mood shifting, and my chronic headaches becoming less frequent. She showed me that our food system is broken, and we need to be very very aware of what it is we are eating. If we keep picking the convenient route, and buying pre-processed packaged food, we are turning a blind eye to what's happening. And I’ll tell you what, it’s detrimental to your body in the long run. Making my own food in my kitchen for the majority of my meals brought me a sense of peace—I know exactly what I’m eating. Below is a short list of food additives I will never knowingly consume. There are many more you can check out on Vani Hari’s website, but for now here are some TOP offenders. Avoiding these will help reduce your risk for disease.
